Metal Sorters

Technofour have a range of metal sorting equipment to cater to a wide variety of tasks. The top-of-the-line system is Multifect-EX, a simultaneous or multiplexed multifrequecy equipment for multiparameter inspection. It is a power-user system with several test modes available, including Confidence test, Regression readout, Artificial neural network assisted sorting etc.

Multifect-SP is available for simpler needs with single variable frequency sorting of components for metallurgical variations. This, too, is offered in two packages.

An old work-horse, the Eddy Current Tester type 727 is still available for fixed 50 Hz sorting with two encircling coils. This product is , however, not offered for European Union and US markets.

A wide variety of test automation equipment is also available from Technofour. This includes gate sorters of several types, vibratory feeders and custom-built mechanisms.

Multifect-EC is a cost-effective solution that still includes multi-frequency multiplexed operation and regression readout. It can be offered in two packaging styles: a cabinet mounted version for shopfloor automated sorting applications, or an instrument case for field-sorting or laboratory use.
