Sophisticated offline test system

Feeding Unit

Completely automatic offline systems for testing tubes, bars, wires etc can be customized for a given application. 
Typically, a charging table holds a lot of tubes/bars to be tested.  A singling mechanism loads one on the entry side bed.  The tube/bar is then passed through the sensor mounted on a motorized platform.  The tested tube/bar is then transported to the exit side roller bed and is kicked out to ‘Accept’, ‘Reject’ or ‘Salvage’ bins.
